Message From Mrs Dance
Dear Parents and Carers,
Welcome to the start of the spring term 2025. I hope that you had a lovely Christmas and the start to 2025 has been a positive one.
It was lovely to welcome all of the children back to school on Tuesday. The term has started brilliantly with lots of amazing learning opportunities taking place. Y6 visited Milestone’s museum on Tuesday in support of their history curriculum. It was wonderful to see so many Romans walking into Year 3 today for their history immersion into Ancient Roman life. To my delight, children have been visiting me to share amazing work and at lunchtimes and breaktimes it has been lovely chatting with the children who have excitedly been telling me all about their Christmas break.
You will notice in our Diary Dates that on Friday 20th June we will be having a Family Celebration event. This is instead of separate Mother's and Father's Day celebrations as we feel this is more inclusive. More details will be sent home closer to the date.
I am looking forward to working with you all again in 2025 to ensure that our school continues to grow from strength to strength. Please do not hesitate to contact me via the school office if I can be of any support or assistance.

Please think carefully before keeping your child away from school. 
need lots of milk bottles to be the 'ice bricks'. Please pass on any 4 pint milk bottles to any of the Year R team. These need to be thoroughly cleaned and dried before use. If they could be un-stickered and with lids on that would be even better.
