Parent Forum

Vigo Parent Forum was set up in December 2023. 

This forum is a very powerful way for parents to be involved in the life and development of the school.  It’s an opportunity for parents to share with the leadership of the school their thoughts, concerns and feelings towards certain key issues and respond to any developments the school may be thinking about.

The forum meet once a half-term to discuss key issues.  We send out an agenda which is driven by things that are important to parents and the school.  We encourage, through email reminders, year group post boxes and a Google Doc form for parents to share thoughts and ideas with their year group representative, so that they can bring the wider year group view back to the forum.  After discussing the issues, minutes of the meeting are shared with all parents to ensure transparency.
